- For first time visits, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow us the time to discuss your treatment requirements and to complete a confidentiality and consultation form.

- In the desire to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 12 hours notice of any change.

- If you are running behind schedule, we will do our best to still accommodate you, but we may have to adapt the treatment to the shortened time. If the delay is beyond 20 minutes it may be necessary to reschedule it.

- Upon booking a treatment, please inform us if you are pregnant or have an underlying medical condition so we can give you the best advice on the suitability of treatments. Any medication being taken at the time of treatment will also need to made clear.

- Please do not use exfoliating acids, retinols or any other resurfacing products 5 days prior to your treatment booked with us.

- Treatments can only be performed on adults over the age of 18 years old. For anyone aged 14-18, we can offer certain treatments, which will require the consent of a parent or guardian.

- We do not store credit or debit care information, and do not share customers details with any third party.

- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he/she provide us with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. We will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.

- We are unable to provide refunds on courses.
